In order to satisfy Version 1, 20 base licenses are used, leaving 0 bases to be used by another version. Version 2 has 36 bases, but only requires 30, leaving 6 base licenses and all 50 upgrades. Version 3 need s 14, but can only satisfy 5 based upon the upgrade license, so its status is red.
Version 2 has a yellow status because it has too many upgrades that cannot be used. Therefore, the additional upgrades do not show up as Remaining for any version.
